Windows 10: WHEA-Logger Event ID 3

Reinstalled Windows and started running tests. At first, the OCCT program gave the error WHEAid 19 due to incorrect RAM overclocking. I started the RAM in XMP mode and the errors disappeared i.e. the problem was RAM overclocking. But now I permanently get an error with code 3 when starting my PC. And when I noticed this, I looked at all the events from the first day of installing Windows and saw that it constantly appears after starting the system i.e. when the system boots. It is marked as a Mix-up and does not seem to cause any failures yet, but I cannot identify the cause of these eve

Event ID 19 WHEA-Logger

I just received two Event ID 19 WHEA-Logger's tonight, "Reported by component: Processor Core"

Google led me to a Ten forums thread that seems to indicate this Meltdown and Spectre patch related. Has anyone else had these or know anything more about it?

However nothing was reported missing or corrupted during the scan. All was fine at the end of it. Still getting the WHEA Logger Event ID 19 though.
