Windows 10: WHEA Uncorrectable Error - After Accumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for...

Hi People,

I have Dell 7480 running Windows 10 Pro, It has the latest Drivers as per Dell Website, laptop has been running perfectly, but after Windows updates to Version 1909 is just crashes, showing "WHEA uncorrectable error". At the begging I thought it was a hardware issue so before I get advise to check my hardware this is the troubleshooting I have done.

1. Run Windows Memory Diagnostics No Errors
2. Run Check Disk No Errors
3. I run dell hardware Diagnostics from BIOS No Errors, other than my battery is not working at 100%, but keep in mind that I'm always on AC
4. I run Mem Test 86 No Errors
5. Run Computer with 1 Dim on Bank A
6. Run Computer with 1 Dim on Bank B using a different memory
7. Use Another Hard Drive
8. Update to Latest BIOS, I was already on the lasted to I re-update
9. Reset BIOS to BIOS Defaults
10. Reset BIOS to Factory Reset not really sure what is the difference between BIOS Default and FACTORY, but I give it a decided try
11. Re-image my computer with at least 3 times with Win 10 Ver1909 64 Bit, the computer starts crashing since Windows is installed, I'm not even to install the drivers without getting errors, errors come as soon as the first boot happens, no drivers, no apps, nothing! that is how unstable this windows version appears to be.
    
12. Re-image my computer with Windows 10 ver1809 64 Bitolder version and everything works perfectly, I'm able to install everything, drivers, apps, office, etc. I can even run windows update, but as soon as I install Accumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based System KB4541335 the computer CRASHES AGAIN. This obviously sounds like a OS / Driver Issue problem is how in this world is user suppose to update the drivers if you are not able to get it working???? This sounds for me more like a BUG on the OS than a Driver Issues.
13. I did a system restore, and it partially came back it allowed me to export the blue Screen Error, but some how it keep crashing.
14. At this point my plan is to re-image back to Windows 10 Version 1809 64 Bit and leave it there until I find reasonable solution on this post but I need your help finding out what is happening.

I get whea uncorrectable error immediately when i turn my pc on and it restart the pc to get the whea uncorrectable error again and again.
