Windows 10: WHEA Uncorrectable error, PC freezes every 10 minutes

I uninstalled XBox because I don't play games. I do like to play solitaire occasionally and didn't know it was associated with XBox with Windows 10. So I did the fix to bring back XBox and ever since, my computer freezes about every 10 minutes and I have to hit the reset button. Usually, my pc just freezes and I have to hit the reset button but I occasionally get a message that says "PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info and then we'll restart for you. STOP CODE: WHEA Uncorrectable Error" The 0% complete never moves up. I waited over an hour and it stayed at 0% so I hit my reset button.


I bought my Windows 10 disk, v 1803. I popped it into my DVD drive and I did a Windows Repair but my computer still freezes.


I also went into Computer Management and tried to update my drivers but all my devices have the newest drivers available.


I tested my RAM and the log shows that no problems were found with it.


Windows 10 had no problems with my devices and never froze until I uninstalled XBox and then did the fix to bring it back.


1. What's causing the WHEA error and what can I do to fix it?


2. Would a clean install of Windows on a new hard drive fix the problem?

I get whea uncorrectable error immediately when i turn my pc on and it restart the pc to get the whea uncorrectable error again and again.
