WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR - Random reboots and 0x124 error [IMG]

Not sure which keyboard / mouse it's finding.. I don't have any other installed!

*Edit* - I searched for updates, none were found. I attempted to change the driver using "select the driver you want to use for this hardware" and that didn't work either. I uninstalled both and then scanned for hardware changes. No additional hardware was detected.

I also just did a check on the PSU (I have a tester) and it came out good (sorry the bottom bits didn't come out with my camera; they were compliant)

I was able to figure it out looking up the PNP Device ID: USB\VID_1235&PID_800A\5&13FE7C4D&0&14

It was the Focusrite 2i4 external audio interface.

I installed the latest driver, but something must have made it malfunction (maybe one of the recent BSODs?) Could this be the faulty hardware messing with my system? I can try disconnecting it and then running HDS surface scan again...

We had had another thread in which the OP had to communicate with Focusrite. Please contact their support and see if they have options.

See if you can get all 3 triangles fixed.

Your welcome. There is more work to do on getting the device manager clean and the drives.

Which AV software are you currently using?
    Which ones are always on?
    Which ones are run manually.

Only one AV should be always on.
The always on AV and the manual software products can be reinstalled once there is 2 weeks of stability with no BSOD.
Then if you have a BSOD after re-installation you will recognize the misbehaving software.

Let us know whether you have any future BSOD and the progress with Focusrite customer support.

    Run HDTune: HD Tune website
    to check the health,
scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
    run a benchmark.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following
    the health,
    the error scan,
    the benchmark incl. following
    transfer rate,
    access time,
    burst rate,
    cpu usage.

I'm using Windows Defender. In addition, I had Malwarebytes installed (now uninstalled) and I also have SUPERAntiSpyware. They were all always on. SUPERAntiSpyware is still running in the background but doesn't do realtime scanning with my free edition. I can uninstall this if you think it might help.

I'm still performing HDS surface tests for my remaining 3 drives. I'll run HDTune afterward. I'm also going to post my Memtest86+ screenshot when the HDS surface tests are finished.

I'll contact Focusrite support if I have further issues with the driver.

    Thanks,

Open device manager > view > show hidden devices > post images into the thread if there are still any yellow icons.
If the yellow icons have been fixed please indicate how you fixed them.
The Focusrite driver was updated > does it display under device status that the device is working properly?
If the yellow icons have not been fixed please right click on the item > left click properties > left click driver tab > left click driver details > post an image into the thread

5/6 hard drives tested -- all good with the surface scans. One more to go:

The Focusrite shows that it is now working properly ... and I haven't has a BSOD since yesterday, since I updated it. I have no idea why.

Here are the yellow icons still remaining - Standard PS/2 Keyboard:
