When elevated windows are present, unable to click on anything outside of that window.

Ever since installing the latest update of Windows 10 Version 1909 (Build 18363.535) I've been encountering an issue where any time an elevated window is present on the screen (CMD ran as Admin, Task Manager, Windows Sandbox) I can not click on anything outside of that window. I can place the pointer over a window and scroll it, or hover over the task bar and have it interact, but not 'click' on anything. Has anyone else come across this?

    :)

Unlocked Realtek HD Audio Drivers Windows 7 & 8 (With Dolby Digital Live and DTS Interactive)

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
