Windows 10: when ever i play valorant or any games my laptop keeps locking itself

when ever i play valorant or any games my laptop keeps locking itself after i restart it with start button on keybord every 3min or so happens like this i tried regedit power options and all but still same issues i had this issue few months back but after some time idk when but it came back to normal but now it started again i tired unpulging laptop to power when i got locking screen yestraday it worked without power it works fine but when pulged in the issue is back PLEASE PLEASE slove this i cant play games without pulging in power help me

Laptop keeps locking when playing a game.

Every time i try to play a game with my laptop and an external monitor my computer keeps locking and going into sleep mode, I have my display settings to only show on my external monitor and It only locks when playing a demanding game.

My graphic drivers are up to date.
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 TI
AMD Ryzen 7 3750H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx
16GB RAM

I hope this message finds you well. I’m experiencing an issue with my PC where it randomly shuts down while playing games like Valorant and PUBG. Sometimes it runs 1 to 2 games before shutting down unexpectedly.

I’ve tried a few troubleshooting steps, such as checking for overheating, updating drivers, and adjusting power settings. However, the problem persists. I suspect there might be an underlying issue causing these shutdowns.

Could you please provide guidance or suggest additional steps to diagnose and resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
