Windows 10: When I alt tab or open a menu in a game the screen flashes black for 2 seconds.

I noticed today that when alt tabbing or when playing a game and opening a menu such as morrowind or among us the screen flashed black. Idk weather its a monitor, computer, or OS issue.

Windows Update 1803 Causes Black Screen while alt-tabbing/launching games

im playing Rainbow Six Sieges and alt tabbing it for a second. the game black screen, but i still hear the game running.

and while launching PUBG Lite, the game black screen but when i hold alt tab (alt tab preview), i see the game is running.

please help. all the updates are installed, Intel gpu driver and nvidia driver are up to date.

Specs:

Intel Core i5 8250U

Nvidia Geforce mx130

8GB DDR4

1TB HDD

 

Laptop Screen goes black and alt-tabs randomly

Thanks paul for trying to but there are 2 differences between me and this guy.

1. I have an 144 hz screen and its only option available.

2. I can freely alt-tab by my own with no problem. My Black screen and alt-tabing of the game happens randomly.

 

Black screen when doing alt -tab during a game

When I am playing borderlands 2 and alt tab during the game my screen goes black and it won't display anything until I turned off the monitor. This also happened when i tried to benchmark with uningine 's valley. Please help =( .
