Windows 10: When I have completely reset my windows 10 pc my key board and mouse is not working please...

Hey,

I would like some advice on what i should do because I reset my windows 10 pc completely and wiped everything, and on my initial boot my mouse and keyboard works but then when I actually get to the login screen or the screen where it ask for my location and date of birth, it is completly unresponsive, I have tried every means of trying to fix the issue, changed the port I am using for both the keyboard and mouse, tried safe mode but it still isn't letting me log in, I tried system restore but there is no time to restore to as i have factory reset my pc I also tried system repair but I cant it just displays an error message.


Please if you have any advice on what if should do please let me know as soon as possible.

MY HP 2000 note book PC Product no FOD96ea#ABV windows 10 single language 64 bit laptop key board and mouse is malfunctioning even though after uninstalling the driver some keys are getting automatically active

some keys are not working

ASDFGHJKL are not working at all

if i connect an external keyboard and mouse it is working fine not always

let me know what should i do?
