Windows 10: When I print an email it is small in top corner of the page.

When an email is printed it is small in top corner of the page. Other documents print normal size and format. This seems to have happened after a recent Microsoft update. I can't find any setting to correct this.

Outlook with three email accounts prints the wrong email at the top of the page.
Emails received on email A when printed shows email B at the top of the page and the body contents of email B why would this be? *Eek

We suggest that you try printing emails using Internet Explorer while you're on Microsoft Edge. Kindly follow the steps below:

• Open the email website using Microsoft Edge.
• Click on the More actions icon (three dots icon) at the top right corner.
• Select Open with Internet Explorer, sign in with your email account.
• When you're ready to print, press Ctrl + P or click the
  gear icon at the upper right corner of the Internet Explorer and select
  Print on the first menu, and select Print again on it's right menu.
• The Print window will come up. Change the printing information if needed. Click
  Print once you're done.

Let us know if Internet Explorer was able to print an email. We'll further search about this matter.

 

Small Duplicate Screen at top left corner of monitor

Hi,

How do I get rid of the small screen at the top left corner of the monitor? It duplicates all activity including banking and emails.
