Windows 10: When I start my pc and windows loads it says “something happened and your pin isn't...

I used this article I found to perform a clean boot but when my pc restarted I just got that message “something happened and your pin isn't available. Click to setup your pin again.”when I click on my only option of setup my pin nothing happens and its like I didn't click it at all

something happened pin unavailable

“Something happened and your pin is unavailable” but the first screen is a black screen that just says “enter pin” the pc then proceeds another initial boot process where you enter the pin again. When it loads to the welcome screen it says pin unavailable and need to run as admin

 

Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.

 

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
