Windows 10: When I try playing online games it doesn't work

My pc goes through these cycles where for 6 ish months online games work then for the next 6 ish months it won't work ive tried everything and whats weird is my browser works and youtube works it also during the time it doesnt work downloads or updates on stuff will freeze my pc is ehternet only also every other device works with internet in my house and ive tried resetting internet getting a new ethernet cable turning off pc everything it just doesn't work and these cycles have been happening since I'd say around 2020 when i got the pc can you please help?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

My games doesn´t work

Hello today i was going to play some videogames but it couldn´t be started it said that a program made so i couldn´t start the game and i tried to fix it but it still didn´t work so I hope u can help me fast thank you.

 

my 3Dprinter doesn´t appear

My 3D printer doesn´t appear on when I open 3D builder on the left popup to choose printer.

Is it need to do any previous step?? I thought It was plug and play. the printer is an UP Plus2 from Tiertime so, it is one of the recommended partners manufaturers. any message of error just doesnçt possible to send the prin.
