Windows 10: when i try to download any game on xbox game pass app i get error code 0x00000001

ive waited as it asked me to, i tried restarting, ive uninstalled the xbox app, cleared cache and data, did the PowerShell command, but nothing has worked so far.

Ultimate Game Pass Error 0x00000001

I decided to try the Xbox PC Ultimate Game Pass. On my PC, Windows 10 on an HP Omen gaming laptop. 16 GB DDR4 RAM, 500 GB SSD M.2 drive, 1 TB HD, Nvidoa GTX 1060. I installed the gaming app. I tried to download a few games, but all I get is an Error
0x00000001. I do not have a CD/DVD drive nor any issue with any other software. I would like to resolve this, otherwise why even pay for it.

RESTART YOUR PC

As basic as this is, a simple restart can set many things right.

ERROR MESSAGE

If there’s a download error, first try downloading again.

If the installation keeps failing, in most cases you’ll see an error code with a message. These are generally 10-character codes that start with “0x.” For example, 0xC03F7003.

FOR GAME PASS GAMES, CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR PLAN

To install games from Xbox Game Pass, you must have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta) plan.

Make sure you’re signed in to Microsoft Store and/or the Xbox (Beta) app—whichever you’re installing from.

Make sure your Xbox Game Pass membership is current by signing in and checking the status.

Make sure your PC is online. If needed, see Fix network connection issues in Windows.

When i try to download certain games on the game pass beta app I get an error code

I mainly paid for the xbox game pass beta for 2 games, Metro Exodus and Wolfenstein, and whenver i try to download either of them it tells me something unexpected happened and i get either error code 0x80070005 or error code
0x00000001. I have been dealing with this for hours, I have tried resetting my computer, making sure everything is up to date, literally every solution I can imagine.
