    When I try to open MS Word, I get the error that the operating system is presently not configured for this application. I have no problems with Excel of PowerPoint. I have Windows 10 and MS Office 2013. I did perform an online repair, also ran a "sfc" scan which was clean. I also tried to open MS Word as Admin , but I receive the same error. I have rebooted the system multiple time. Help...

    Even after doing all the above steps still my problem is not resolved. Please suggest some solution.

    I have a lot of ms word files on my pc. But one of them showed me an error - Getting unknown error messages while opening (.doc) or (.docx) files. I don't know how to open my word file or repair microsoft word. Any suggestions, guys, please.

    I've just upgraded from W7to W10 today and have done some tweaks to the system regarding all those privacy issues. Now I've installed Ms Office and when wanting to open Word, I was greeted with this

    Why is that? How should I configure my system? This error is just usless. It doesn't tell me anything.
