Windows 10: When I uninstall program from my computer, it will still appear, but wihout icon.

So when i tried to uninstall LibreOffice and Realtek Audio Console, the programs are still appearing in my start menu. They are without icon and when i click "open" it does nothing.

Can someone help me how to fix that?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Only programs written for Windows will appear in Programs and Features. If you don't see the program listed and you want to uninstall the program, check the information that came with your program, or go to the manufacturer's website. Most programs install
automatically in the <C:\Program Files folder>. Look in this folder—some programs also include an uninstall program that you can use.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Repairing or removing programs

To uninstall programs, go to Settings.

• On the Start menu, then select Settings.
• Select System > Apps & features.
• Select the program, then select Uninstall. Some apps that are built in to Windows can’t be uninstalled.
  
• Follow the directions on the screen.

If you are still unable to uninstall the program, follow the steps below.

• In Search, enter Control Panel and select Control Panel.
• Select Programs > Programs and Features, then select the program.
• Select the program, then select Uninstall. Some apps that are built in to Windows can’t be uninstalled.
  
• Follow the directions on the screen.
