I had the same problem on my old laptop it was hp victus it was new and I had the same problem but fixed it but i dont know how ?the laptop had windows 11 . I bought a new laptop and have windows 11 . when i go open the game it tells me the application was unable to start correctly 0x000007b I saw too many videos and questions but none of them worked i tried these are the fixes I've tried so far and none have worked:Installed latest DirectX End-User Runtime WebInstalled and reinstalled every Visual C++ from 2005-2022 both x64 and x86 versionsUpdated Windows 11Disabled antivirusTried to ru

I suggest you to download the game, install it in compatibility mode on Windows 10 and check if it helps.

Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode:

• Download the updated gaming software from the
  Windows Store.
• Right click the gaming software
  installation file and select Properties then tap or click the
  Compatibility tab.
• Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
  
• Tap the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click
  OK.
• Try installing the game and check.

Also, try to install all the pending updates for drivers from Microsoft and Manufacturer's website.
