Windows 10: When I'm installing apps, I keep getting error code 0x80090016 and 0x80070424.

I've been having a problem where I try to download an app on microsoft store and it gives me one of the above error codes. please help me fix my problem because I want to download apps from microsoft store.

Ibtry to type in my code and then says that something went wrong (0x80090016) i cant even get passed sign in page... Tryed f8 and f11 and nothing..

Hey guys first i want too thank U guys to take your precious time to look at this thread

So guys my problem is Mail, People, Calendar apps

whenever i want to add an account
and choose any of the accounts . it will gave me an Error code: 0x80070424 Mail, People, Calendar



i am tired of reinstalling this no matter how many times i reinstall this
it never work. *Sad

0x80090016. We suggest that you boot your computer in Safe Mode and log in, then reboot back into normal mode. To do this, follow the steps below:

• Hold down the Shift key while you press the Power icon and select
  Restart.
• In the Windows Recovery Environment, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
• When your computer restarts, the Startup Settings will display. Select option 4 to
  Enable Safe Mode.
• Sign in to your account while in Safe Mode and see if you're able to log in using your PIN.
• Restart your computer to return to a normal boot.
