Windows 10: When Real Time Protection is Enabled in MS Defender, It Causes Melco to Hang for Over 3...

On one of my Windows 10 Home PCs with latest update Version 21H2, I'm having an issue with Windows Defender, and it only happens while Real Time Protection is enabled. When opening a file using my embroidery software Melco OS Flex+, or even if I just click or highlight a file not even double-clicking to open it, it will appear to hang for around 3 minutes. If I click anywhere in the window that is showing the list of files or just anywhere within the application, the spinning circle will show and it will say the program is not responding. It will eventually after 3 minutes or so allow me t

I m using hp laptop. I tried to enable real time protection
of windows defender but I could not get success. while other features are being enable easily.
