    When trying to update Windows this Error 0xc1900223


    I have tried twice to update to the Windows 10 version 1930 version. I have a desktop Dell XPS 8900 with an intel I7. It just hangs up for hours. I have updated the Dell and MS software. What kind of problem does Error 0xc1900223 relate to. I boot from the 1 TB primary disk, but keep most data on a second internal 4 TB disk.

    I have just reinstalled Windows, I had problems with updates before and though the fresh install would help but I am still getting errors.

    My windows is activated.
