Windows 10: When typing on the sculpt ergonomic keyboard multiple letters show up like I am holding a...

This morning my keyboard started acting up when I am typing. I will either add letters like I am holding a key down or it will delete what I have typed. This is really annoying and interupive. Here is an example of what it is doing.


It will randomly pick a letter or space and include many of them. Sometimes it will stop and sometimes it won't and I can sometimes get it to stop with the delete buttttttttttttttttttttton or EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESC button. I am nottttttttttttttttttttt making thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuup I am lettinnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng it dooooooooooooooooooo iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiits thing whiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiileeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii typppppppppppppppppppp etttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttthis.................................................................................................. I have tried restarting and reinstalling everything. We thought we fixed it but then it started again.

microsoft sculpt ergonomic keyboard

I have a microsoft sculpt ergonomic keyboard that keeps on stopping . I often am unable to type using the keyboard and then sometimes it skips letters. or the letters show up with a huge delay. Any help out there? I bought a new one thinking that the first
one was old and it still didn't help.

Support to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the

Bluetooth Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard

Is anyone aware if Microsoft is considering releasing bluetooth version of the Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard (or Desktop)?

In my opinion, it would be a great step forward for this great product.
