Windows 10: when upgrading windows 10 Pro version 10.0.10240 Build 10240

I"v tried all the usual recommendation and nothing worked

I installed a new hard drive, purchase a new windows Pro 10 64 bit software, and installed it

there are no other software installed and everything is disconnected from the computer except for the monitor (new), mouse (new), and keyboard (new)

I've all the updated and still it will not upgrade

I would appreciate any help

use the key you need for the build and run those lines in cmd to activate

I suggest running those commands as administrator. Just in case.

upgrading build 10240

Hi , I have installed windows 10 build 10240 on my surface pro 3 , now after the lunch of windows 10 , do I have to upgrade it to the last version by ISO file or not ? please note that I have installed all updates that released for build 10240 .

I am having windows 10 pro build 10240 on my laptop. SO WILL I RECIEVE UPGRADE TO FINAL VERSION of WINDOWS 10 WHICH IS goint to BE RELEASED ON 29TH JULY ???or should I downgrade to 8.1 or 7 to recieve ugrade ??
