    When will microsoft tech support call us back?


    I spent last thursday on the phone trying to get a case number. I finally got one and they said that another tech person would be callling us back within 24 to 48 business hours. It has now been more than 48 hours and still no call.

    Is AARAV Tech Support Service used by microsoft?

    Why do you ask?

    Microsoft has so-called Microsoft Partners (which says nothing about the quality of their services...) who are listed in

    Tech Support Scammers

    Any tech support (from anybody) that you did not initiate is a scam.

    microsoft (and any other legitimate tech company) WILL NOT call you unless YOU have previously arranged it.

    microsoft error messages NEVER suggest you call a number.

    uninstall any software that they told you to install. and read
