Windows 10: When will my system upgrade to the Windows 11

Why is it taking so long to get the windows 11 upgrade?Both my computer and my spouse's meet what is needed to get the free upgrade I checked. It keeps saying on the site we are working on it. When is the testing going to be done ?. When the testing is done how will I know when the upgrade is ready to go ?.[Original Title: Windows 11]

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
