Windows 10: When will this be fixed? Unexpected configuration problem 0x8007007e

Just this week I have started getting this error message when I try to print from internet, email, PDF's, or pictures. I can print from Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. I even tried a different printer. Does anyone know how to fix this? Does Microsoft monitor this forum? When will this be fixed? I notice I am not the only person with the problem. Thank you!

i have windows 10 and when I try to print a PDF file on my Epson 545WF printer, I get "configuration error 0x8007007e".
