Windows 10: When you shut down your PC, all apps are closed

Hi
In the past when i click on the power button and there where open programs, they wil also clossed
Now i get a list with the open programs and windows will not shutdown.

How can i get that when there are open programa's windows will shutdown

:)

 

My pc takes for ever to shut down when i restart

Suggest cleaning up your startup list .There may be many services / Apps you can remove on startup which is not needed on boot or during shutdown.
Before you shutdown the Pc check what is running in Task Manager as a program or service in not killing the process on shutdown

Would suggest cleaning up running apps and services -Autoruns, StartupMonitor,HighjackThis,
Malware Scan - Malwarebytes,ADWcleaner, Combofix

 

pc closes down suddenly

Map app shutting down

I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

I suggest you to uninstall the apps which came inbuilt with Windows 10 using Windows PowerShell and reinstall using Windows store.

Note: You need to close the Windows Store and other apps before executing the PowerShell command. Also, sign-out and sign-in before installing the apps from the
store.

Follow the below steps.

• Open the Start menu, type Windows PowerShell in the search bar.
  
• Right click on the Windows PowerShell and select Run as administrator.
  
• Enter the below command to reinstall the Mail and calendar app.
  

• 
  get-appxpackage *Microsoft.WindowsMaps* | remove-appxpackage
  
  

After performing the above steps, install the Map app from the Windows store.
