Windows 10: Whenever I play a video like on YouTube for example the volume on it gradully lowers and...

Ive already tried re-adjusting the automatic volume adjustment its set to "do nothing" but the issue persists. This is only a problem whenever im trying to play a video aloud and does not happen when ive got the computer connected to headphones, wired or bluetooth. Thank you in advance <3

Audio volume cannot be changed while Youtube Video is playing.

Bug Reproduction Steps:

• Use Bing to search any video
• IE10 goes to the Youtube
• Play Youtube Video
• Even the audio volume is up to the max or down to zero, you still can't feel volume changed.
• If I long press "<-" hardware back button to go to App Switch Screen, and change the volume at App Switch Screen. Thus, the volume of the Youtube Video will be changed.

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.
