Windows 10: Whenever I restart my pc, I go to the startup settings page

I have an intel i7 I think and windows 11 PC and for the past couple of days for some reason, it kept freezing on me resulting in me having to restart my pc several times. Today however I started getting a bunch of blue screens of death. Then I forgot what happened but I got stuck on the bios screen and couldnt exit, and when I tried I would just go back to the bios screen. I then found this thing online which told me to turn off my pc for 10 seconds, turn it on, and repeat like 3 times to go to startup settings.Now, whenever I restart my PC I end up in startup settings and can't leave it. My pc takes for ever to shut down when i restart

Suggest cleaning up your startup list .There may be many services / Apps you can remove on startup which is not needed on boot or during shutdown.
Before you shutdown the Pc check what is running in Task Manager as a program or service in not killing the process on shutdown

Would suggest cleaning up running apps and services -Autoruns, StartupMonitor,HighjackThis,
Malware Scan - Malwarebytes,ADWcleaner, Combofix

 

Startup Settings not showing up

Slow Startup

see if my words helps...skip the steps that u already tried.
1. check the start-up items. Run the command of "msconfig" , check the "start up" page(i am not sure of the precise name of this page,coz.i am using chinese version of windows). diable ALL the items listed. save the setting and restart.
2. check the free space of each partition of harddisk. make sure that each partition has a free space of more than 1 gb( higher ,better).
3. check the list of installed programs, through the control panel. uninstall those seldom used
4. it might be unkown comflict of softwares. keep your system as clean as possible. for example, you can disable your antivirus, then restart to see if it is faster
5. it might be fragments. defrag all partitions.
6. manage the services of your system. right click "my computer",click "manage(G)", in the window below, the third level-1 menu is "service and applications". disable unecessary auto startup services.
