    This is for windows 11 system. I use freeware players and need to down load codec packs containing ffdshow for the ac3 codec. I was thinking K-lite mega but not sure where it is safe to download it from without getting infected. Anyone know where it is safe to download the K-lite mega codec pack? Gom player missing the AC3 codec and need to install it separate I also want to use gom because its lightweight. on resource use so it NOT draining my battery as fast when off grid.I absolutely refuse to PURCHASE a player because they hold it hostage with subscription fees I am NOT paying for a pla
