Windows 10: Where can download older Win10 builds like 1607?

I've tried https://tb.rg-adguard.net which is a mirror for the official isos and I can look up older builds like 1607, BUT it tells me forbidden. It seems M$ doesn't let you download these versions anymore. I need an older build like 1607 to troubleshoot an issue I am having with my contrast adjusting automatically. It's a problem with either Windows or Nvidia, because when I tried Ubuntu earlier it didn't adjust anything by itself so it's not an issue with my monitor. Is there no way to get builds prior to 180X anymore outside of just illegally downloading it?

Download Media Win10 Pro x64 - Build 1607 or 1511

Hello,

I need a bootable installation media for Win10 Pro x64 - Build 1607 or 1511 however, Media Creation Tool only downloads 1709 which is not allowed for my application.

How can I get Win10 Pro x64 - Build 1607 or 1511 installation media?

Event Viewer problem with latest Windows Build 1607

After installing the new Windows build 1607, the Event Viewer stopped recording events under Diagnostic Performance. (Before 1607 I checked the files located under Windows.old dated 9/23/2016 and located this file which indeed did have a list of events
recorded.)

Since the initial 1607 download there have been two new builds automatically installed on my laptop.



The last step in an automatic download is the RESTART. Prior to my rebooting, I checked the Diagnostic Performance and for sure, these had the list of events.



Rebooting by me, causes the Diagnostic Performance errors to disappear.

As suggested earlier I have run the SFC/DISM commands with no errors reported.

Any Ideas?
