Windows 10: Where can i download latest win 10 1709 build ISO?

Hi, i've been having this problem for weeks nowand im its starting to get tiresome.


I've tried DISM, SFC, temp clean ,clean boot


None of theses seems to have worked in successfully upgrading my windows 10 to win 10 1909 ever since i re-enabled windows update


It teems my pc during restarting/installing windows up0dats then crashes, then it displays 'Undoing changes'

When i log-in it some's up with an error saying it failed:

FIRST_BOOT_FAIL

BEGIN_FIRST_BOOT_FAIL


This has happened more than once


I'm now tiring to attempt a repair-reinstall or my windows 10 Pro 1709 build 16299.1127 but im finding it hard to find sites to download sites to download an ISO with the same buildor higher


I do not want the latest 20h2 version for now

What is the latest stable build of Win10 ?

If your not willing to run the latest V1803 build then I'd suggest sticking to v1709 from here http://windowsiso.net/windows-10-iso/windows-10-creators-update-1709-download-build-16299-15/ pick the one most applicable to you

 

GPU-Z failing to start - Win 10 Home v1709

AFAIK, an actual cause has not been found, but a solution that worked for me was to repair the existing Windows 10 installation by d/l'ing the latest ISO build, using Windows Media Creation Tool to make a bootable USB, then running setup but selecting "keep all personalization settings and apps" or some similar sounding option.

It's a tedious process but it worked for me.

Thanks for the quick reply. I used the MCT to generate a 64 bit Win 10 USB drive 2 days ago....... and that produced a much newer version of Win 10 that gave me a clean install just fine....... but then kept trying to update yet again after the installation
to get to the latest version, and that is exactly what my laptop doesn't have enough drive space to do. Halfway through the update it (several hours into it), it crashed, telling me I didn't have enough disk space. Which is why I wanted to download an ISO
of he latest version directly and use Rufus-2.18 to build a flash drive version of the latest Win 10 build.

I'm going to give that a try, and see what it comes up with. I'll let you know how it works. Thanks.
