Windows 10: Where can I download RPCCfg.exe?

I'm trying to fix my networked printer issue using the method described here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-health/status-windows-10-2004#2737msgdesc In order to reconfigure the RPC dynamic port range, I'm attempting to use the procedure found here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-configure-rpc-to-use-certain-ports-and-how-to-help-secure-those-ports-by-using-ipsec-2a94b798-063a-479a-8452-9cf07ac613d9 That page tells me to download the RPCCfg.exe tool to change the RPC dynamic port range, but clicking the link leads to a 404 page. \Searching th

One question thou: you suggested me to Download the latest driver package from Nvidea. However, the link you posted is for the newly released GeForce GTX 760? Am I supposed to download the drivers for that card?

Sorry for my questions. As I said, I'm not an expert at all.

Try the methods below and check if it helps:

Method 1: I suggest you to boot the computer to Safe Mode and check if the issue occurs or not. If not, I would suggest you to set the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.
