    Where do I click to purchase Windows 10 Retail? Specifically the full version of Windows 10...


    Hi,


    I have done my due diligence in searching the Microsoft website to find where I can purchase Windows 10 *Retail* where it specifically says it's the Retail License key. I did find "Windows 10 Home" at: www.microsoft.com > "Windows" link on top nav bar > "Windows 10" link drop down > "Buy Windows 10 Home". Scrolling down, I do see that it says "This is a full version of Windows 10", but I don't see where it says that it's a Retail license version.


    My questions are:


    1 On that page I noted above, the "Windows 10 Home" that says it's a "full version", does that also mean it's a Retail license version?


    2 Where do I click to purchase the retail license version of Windows 10?


    3 Does the retail license version mean I can install Windows 10 on a different computer/motherboard?

    Of course removing it from the old computer/motherboard when I go to upgrade/change the motherboard/computer.

    Which is good news actually, because Windows 8.1 is loads cheaper than previous versions (retail licensing at Windows 7 OEM prices). And it sort of puts a huge hole in the Windows subscription theory.

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
