    Where have the errors 10016 DistributedCOM gone?


    Hi, folks

    Today I noticed that these all-timer errors 10016 have suddenly transformed themselves into warnings. Not that is a big deal, just curious if MS have fixed them *Smile.

    Do you guys have them as warnings in Event Viewer?

    This is Dec 13 a.m. repeat series. The events from previous days in Dec. are now not listed in the Event viewer. This event is recorded at start up , repeats itself and then is not active for the rest of the day.

    Hi,

    What implications would that be ?
    It's easy enough to fix if you follow the steps correctly:

    Windows 10 Event ID 10010 and 10016 Errors With DistributedCOM

    No need to wait and hold your breath. MS can't be bothered with errors that appear to be random or caused by third party software really.
