Windows 10: Where is my righ click control pannel and programs uninstaller

Discus and support Where is my righ click control pannel and programs uninstaller in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I originally upgrades from 8.1 to 10. I had a right click on the windows button that would give me: control panel and programs to uninstall software....     Where is my righ click control pannel and programs uninstaller


    I originally upgrades from 8.1 to 10.
    I had a right click on the windows button that would give me: control panel and programs to uninstall software.

    I just installed win 10 from the retail package. Now they are both gone.

    As well as the programs for unsinstall.

    Also clicking on the bottom right would have hide all apps openned. But no, I have some kinda do it all thing like calendar.

    Why so much difference and how to get my stuff back?

    The version I have now is build 15063

    Well after, I have restarted my laptop, I have clicked on the logo of windows start and i clicked on control pannel and clicked on programs, programs and features and clicked on repair the program, and after then i was now able to uninstall that program.
    After, I have cleaned my cookies of my laptop, and my history on internet and google and cleared the folder downloads just to make sure it still wasn't somewhere in my laptop and I have restarted my laptop.

    Where did the control pannel and CMD prompt, and cmd prompt admin go and how do I get them back?

    when has Microsoft ever been consistent as regards changes? it is not unreasonable to
    want it, but to expect it ....

    Thanks. But I realized I can make shortcut to control panned on the desktop. And right click apps and features can uninstall.
    Why so much changes?
