Windows 10: Where is the security boot option in the American Megatrends BIOS?

I have a American Megatends International LLC Ver: 2.21.1277 Device name DESKTOP-STES8GQ Processor IntelR CoreTM i7-10870H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHz RAM installed 32,0 GB 31,9 GB usable Device ID 403291CA-E58B-43C8-985C-72769E67CA2D Product ID 00325-82083-74412-AAOEM System Type Operative system of 64 bits, processor-based x64 Fabricant GIGABYTE TECHNOLOGY System model: AORUS 15P XCBIOS: FB07Memory: 32768 RAMI have been looking for the option of the security boot in my BIOS but i cant find it and the videos that show how to enable the security boot option dont work in my computer because

Reset american megatrends or Something like that

American Megatrends Inc., is your BIOS.
When the computer starts to boot, if you hit the DEL key... you will enter into the BIOS.
Maybe your cat hit the DEL key by accident.



To reset the BIOS, just reboot the computer and when it first begins to start... start hitting the DEL key about twice a second. This will get you into the BIOS.

Once IN the BIOS, hit the F7 key to get the "Advanced view". Then, like in the pic below, choose the EXIT tab.
Then click on "Load Optimized Defaults" then click OK.

Then hit the F10 key to "Save & Exit" the BIOS. After you leave the BIOS the computer will continue to boot normally.


This is a pic of MY BIOS. Yours will look similar but not exactly the same.

I am trying to boot a Laptop with the American Megatrends BIOS from a different boot device.

The setup shows Boot option priorities "Windows Boot Manager" and "UEFI: Built-in EFI...".

There is also an "OS Slelect" (!) with the options "Windows" and "Linux".

But I did not find any option to boot from USB/CD/Lan.

What do I need to do?

 

American Megatrend Mystery

Since the last updates on my Windows 10 computer, at start up the screen if filled with data and a large title American Megatrend at the top. Why is this suddenly starting to happe? I can see no need for it anyway.
