    Which Family Tree Builder is Better?


    I'm going to create a family tree and can't make up my mind if it is better to download a family tree creator for Windows or to use a kind of family tree website to create it online. What are the pros of a desktop builder? As for an online builder, I think it is easier to edit a family tree from any location and any computer or even a smartphone. Please, share your experience with both types of family tree makers.

    Many thanks for supporting me,

    1)The issue is: working with family tree builder ,making changes or adding a new person to the tree ,or adding a picture ,when I save the changes, seems that all works well,but if I close the program and then open again, the last changes I did are not present.

    I tried many times but with the same result, the last modification the program has saved correctly is the day before the Windows 10 installation.

    2) The version of family tree builder is 7.0.0 Built 7143 release date: march 2015.
