Windows 10: Which is the better option install Windows 10 or reinstall 11?

My fingerpad is extremely sensitive on the laptop I got about 3 months ago with Windows 11. Gateway says I can't just install a new driver for fingerpad. I have to wipe the computer clean and reinstall windows. I backed up everything to Idrive. Other than the sensitive fingerpad Windows 11 seems to work OK.Am I better off reinstalling 11 or should I install Windows 10 instead?

Restore factory settings do list Removes your personal files, apps and settings, and reinstalls the version of Windows that came on this PC.

So if this isn't true well than just erase the drive and install a clean Windows 10 with all the drivers u need but why should it be true

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
