Windows 10: Which language is this at Advanced Startup boot & why?

Just trying to eliminate the possibility of a virus. No reason to feel insulted or to shout.

 

Mine is UEFI i checked from here => C:\Windows\Panther\NewOs\Panther\setupact.log
my firmware version shows UEFI

And also my bios mode is UEFI in MSINFO32

when i try this command i got this
is this code correct??

 

Jimbo had an accidental typo in his command example. There should be no space between / and f:

bcdboot C:\Windows /s c: /f UEFI

 

Boot files successfully created.
Restarted
loading ..
Nothing happens

 

EDIT: Doing some research I found this: it's for Windows 8 but it appears to me it's similar to your situation. Whether or not there is a solution for what you want to accomplish still needs to be determined and I'm hoping that can be done

its not computer basic setup faults.
only softwares do..

 

Certainly not Bulgarian - as a native bulgarian I can say that is Russian or ex-Russian-republics language, quick google translation gives 'troubleshoot problems'...

 

I agree with jimbo45 about it being in the bios.

I tried looking up how to adjust language in UEFI but couldn't find out yet and I do not have UEFI check it out on my own computer. Could you let us know what version UEFI BIOS you have?

 

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste: Lpksetup /u

I went to Lenovo's website for your computer and checked out their manuals and documentation but cannot find what your BIOS version 4WCN29WW consists of: same with a Google search. I think it's already been mentioned, go into your BIOS and look around.

But consider the following ideas in no particular order. If you have other users, you might need to do them in their user accounts also.

Advanced startup menu it's showing another language: Russian
Shows preparing automatic repair in English: suddenly changes to Russian

Check Control Panel, Language & Region
--- Check to see if there are any discrepancies compared to the Settings for Time and Language
Also in Control Panel Language follow up by selecting Advanced Settings
--- Check out Override for Windows display options & Override for default input method

On Shift+Restart: The advanced settings option shows in English.
Starting from boot menu is in Russian

The reason I thought of that is because as far as I know, restart doesn't use Fast Boot but a full boot does.
