Windows 10: while click on Activation, i just see a blank page

every time its saying to update but while i try to deal with it ,i face this issue

unable to activate windows. get a blank screen when i click on the activate windows

Lap top notification that windows 10 is not activated. Tried using the link to activate windows but all I get is a blank page. Any suggestions as to how this is to be solved

I have Pantech duo (AT&T). My internet connection does not always work. Sometimes just get blank page after it is looks like loading and opening the page. Any suggestion?
