Windows 10: White pixel on screen

I have a single white pixel that is stuck on my screen. It appears about 1 minute after I log in and is in a different spot every time I restart my PC. It on my main display, and when I change main display it appears on the other screen instead, which rules out it being a stuck pixel. Any help would be appreciated.

White pixel in front of my screen?

I was playing a game one day, and when I clicked a button, it kicked me out of the game. I went in and out of the game trying to figure it out, and it turns out a white dot or pixel is on my screen. And when I click it in game, it takes me out of the game.
And because in the game the "pointer" (what you use to click things) is fixed on where the pixel is, I can't move or click without being kicked out of the game. Is there anyway to fix this?
