Windows 10: White screen? windows “login” malfunction

Image posted when i turn the computer on it gets me to the login part, i log in, and it shows me this white square. i have tried for 3 hours now to get through, excuse the terms i might use wrong since i’m not english, but i have scanned it and that didn’t work, i have systematically restored it to a previous version, it’s still not logging in??? the furthest i got was to my home screen but then after 10 seconds it went back to the white screen ls help me fix this, i’m open to any maybe’s and ideas. i have work to do and i’m broke to buy a new one. version: i’m unsure of my windows versio

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

goto CONTROL PANEL/ USER ACCOUNTS then you have to remove all the other accounts except for the one you logon with....then restart...it should bypass the login tho it will still show the screen for it...it will continue to load windows...good luck*Rockout :rockout:



edit:: it asks for a login when there are more then one accounts..or if you set a pw to your login name...
