Windows 10: who is using memory?

Discus and support who is using memory? in Windows 10 Performance & Maintenance to solve the problem; I have a problem with memory. It is 100% but I can't understand who is using it.     who is using memory?


    I have a problem with memory.

    It is 100% but I can't understand who is using it.

    I would not like to restart to fix it.

    The thing that worries me is the high use of virtual memory.

    I used process monitor but it doesn't tell me how virtual memory is used.

    Can anyone help me?

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    who is using memory?

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
