Windows 10: Why am I denied access to C: Drive?

I am denied access in the command editor to my C drive. All others are fine.

The Tecra i5 has other general access issues and will not accept remote connection from Microsoft. All System report states is 1 or more drivers may be out of date or missing.

I have a clean install but cant get into bios either. I have been unable to carry out the techs suggestions as Windows cannot access the files or directories needed and there is also no windows installer .Keeps displaying "look for an app …." I have been round and round in circles for weeks on this!!

Based on the error message you're getting, we'd like to know if you've tried repairing Office? If not, kindly follow the steps below:

• Click Search/Cortana.
• Type Programs and Features and then press Enter.
• Look for Microsoft Office from the list and then right-click to select
  Repair.

It will automatically fix any issues that might be causing the problem. After running a repair, kindly check if you'll now be able to access (C drive.

Tell us what would be the result.

ive switched off uac with command prompts but it made no difference the security tab of the c drive will not give me access to any of the tabs it just takes an age then comes up with the security warning " cant open access editor. access is denied".
