Windows 10: Why am I getting a licensing error code for Streets and Trips now that I changed laptops?

I have used Streets and Trips for many years now, since I changed laptops now it won't work. it downloads the program, but when you go to bring it up, I get an error code about licensing initialization problem, error code 0xc004d301

Step 1.

I suggest you to boot the system on Clean boot state and try installing Microsoft streets and trips.
Clean boot process will help you determine which third party program/app that is causing this issue. It could be some other application or programs, which runs on the computer at the background, leading to this issue. Please visit the below

Step 2.

I recommend you to create a new user account and try installing Microsoft streets and trips.

• Click on Add and create new user account.

streets and trips gives licensing error

after upgrading to windows 10, I tried to reinstall streets and trips and keep getting licensing error..same thing happens on all three of my computers

 

Licensing error 0xC004D301 on Streets and trips 2013

Streets and Trips has been discontinued yes I know this. So my question is there anyone on here or in the world that can resolve the Licensing error 0xC004D301 on Streets and trips 2013. Microsoft support will just sit there and ignore you when you call
them for advice. I have used streets and trips and payed for every streets and trips ever put out by Microsoft only to be left with a pile of **** of a program that will not even start up now. I have read and done every suggestion on the internet and the only
fix is a reset tool download that you will never get access to from Microsoft ever again......If anyone can help that would be very appreciated.

I have uninstalled completely and removed all other leftovers with an uninstaller program also. I have created a different admin account and that did not work. Deleted and reinstalled the c++ stuff in programs, did not work. Thanks
