Windows 10: Why am i getting these visual glitches in almost every windows app,and how to fix this ?

Weird visual glitch in apps

As you can see in the picture below I've been having this weird visual glitch that only happens certain apps like in this example in Visual Studio Code but also in the Discord PTB and I've tried everything updated my graphics drivers, rolled them back to
updates when I didn't have that visual glitch and also tried around with Windows settings but I can't seem to figure out what it is. I would really appreciate the help. Thanks to everybody who is willing to help me solve this problem.

Thanks for mentioning the issue in detail. We would like to inform you that if you have any problem in running the app on Windows 10 after a Windows update, then it’s we Microsoft will help you to fix the issue. But the issue is with the style that
you already purchased and not showing up for download in the app, this seems that the app is not connecting/syncing properly with the Magix server. Ideally in this scenario Magix support should have fix this issue.

We would suggest you to perform few steps to isolate the issue and want to make it clear, where the root cause is.

1. Sign out from the app and then sign in to check if you have the option to download.
   
2. Run the Windows app
   troubleshooter if that get your sync issue fix from Windows point.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
