Windows 10: Why am I missing the processor power management under my power options?

Under Power > Advanced settings, I need to have the processor power management advanced options. I do not have the availability to access it. I watched tutorials that told me I need to go under regedit to fix it, but I cannot access the said files under regedit.

I bought a model ideapad 720S13IKB with Windows 10 home edition preinstalled.
At Power Options, advanced settings, the Balanced power plan is selected.
This is where the Processor Power Management option is missing.
I'm interested in how to adjust Minimum processor state and System cooling policy.

 

Processor Power Management isn't there

Hello! I have a laptop and i find that the fan is constantly on, and the sound is unbearably loud. I checked various YouTube tutorials and some suggested reducing the CPU's power consumption percentage in the processor power management area (after clicking
advanced power settings). When I click advanced power settings, there is no section titled processor power management. is there a way to reduce the CPU's power consumption percentage, and why cant I find the processor power management section?

Missing Advanced Power Options

Appreciate the advice however I've already added the aforementioned missing options but under "advanced options" are still another 7 to 10 that are missing...off the top of my head they are key DP control, link management, adaptive display, USB suspend, pic Express, wireless adapter
