Windows 10: Why am i not able to download/ update applications, It says something happened on our end

I have been trying to update the applications in my laptop from microsoft store, it says download pending or something happened on our end. I have tried several methods, which includes reseting microsoft store, and deleting the caches, but nothing worked. Pls help me out

In order to download applications successfully to your phone, I advise you to follow the simple steps below:

• From a PC, open the following link: store.ovi.com
• Sign into your account, search the application you wish to download, enter your mobile number in the box provided and click on "send free SMS".
  
• You will shortly receive a text. Open the link from the text message, your application will install on you device. Note that this requires an internet connection on your phone.

Not able to Download or update from Store (0x80070005) on Windows 10 Phone.

This issue might occur if there is change in phone settings.

• When you say that "download or update from store", are you referring that you facing issues with downloading or updating apps from Store?

I suggest you to perform the steps provided in the Microsoft Help Article about issues related to not able to download and update from Store. Check if it helps.

Windows Won't Update? (Error 0x80d0602)

When I get to the step that says del %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat, nothing happens.

When I get to step 5 and type in
