Windows 10: Why can't any MS employee help aid, fix, troubleshoot, or answer any questions around this...

Here is when someone first brought it up it appears, but they closed the discussion after the MS employee gave an answer akin to "we don't know or care, try going and asking someone else". Microsoft, this is your OS, and after spending, in sum, days or weeks of my life in total hours worked troubleshooting this problem, it's like a never-ending maze. It makes me think it's a backdoor for MS to collect all data or some other type of "black project" of what you would see with the government. I would like some answers. Why do questions not get answered???? HELP!

I have posted a couple of times regarding a query of why Mobile 6 will not show the folders I have on my exchange account. No one even attempts and answer. I thought MS monitors these forums and suggests help when appropriate. Please, someone from MS, please
