Windows 10: why cant i download my finepix av10

I am trying to download a Fujifilm fine pix software programme on my windows 10 but it will not download as it says it is for windows xp or windows 7 any help please

I would suggest you to try the following methods and check if it helps.

Step 1: Hardware and devices troubleshooter:

• 
  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Internet Connection troubleshooter.
  

Step 2: Check if there are any error messages for the Fuji Finepix Z70:

• 
  Right click on start button. Go to Device Manager.
  
• 
  Check if Fuji Finepix Z70 need to be updated.
  
• 
  Right click on it and select update.
  

Step 3: Reinstall the USB controllers:

windows 10 and Fuji Finepix F70 EXR

Same issu for me the camera in this case is a Fujifilm Finepix HS20 EXR.

Any suggestion to solve the issue?

the files are within the card but windows 10 says that the card is empty.

 

Finepix f50 fd Camera. Pictures taken since I installed Windows 10 are not detected/downloaded.

I'm happy with my Finepix f50 fd camera, but since I've upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, none of the pictures taken are detected and, therefore, not downloaded. The Device Manager tells me that the latest available software is installed. Any suggestions
as to how to solve this problem would be much appreciated. Thanks.
