Windows 10: Why can't I install apps from the internet to my HP Pavillion Laptop?

    Why can't I install apps from the internet to my HP Pavillion Laptop?


    I have tried doing a right click on the app and got nowhere, can someone HELP? I get a message that states the app is not compatible with the device. Can I do something to make it compatible? Google News is downloaded but It isn't giving me what I want to see, all I want is to dowmload the " Newsbreak" app. Or the NBCNEWS .com app Can someone help me?I have an hp pavillion laptop SN 8CG1317DYTHANKS
