Windows 10: Why can't my laptop access this particular website when I am connected to my office network?

Hello everyone,Hello,Please I have been experiencing this issue on my system since yesterday.I can't access a particular website on my system.The site opens on my mobile phones and other systems but doesn't open on my laptop.Other sites are opening well on my laptop.This particular site doesn't open in all the browsers in my system.I have cleared cookies and caches, uninstalled and reinstalled browsers, tried different browsers but the problem persists. I tried it on 3 different browsers Chrome, Firefox and Edge but still didn't open. No error message, it just spins loads indefinitely with

Losing network connection

Hello Dear, if you have a laptop or a PC with a wireless network adapter, you can see a list of available wireless networks and then connect to one of those networks. The wireless networks will only appear if your PC has a wireless network adapter installed, the adapter is turned on, and the wireless access point is in range.

1. Click Start, click Control Panel, click Network and Internet Connections, and then click Network Connections.

2. In the left pane, under Network Tasks, click View available wireless networks.
In case, If you don't see the network you want to connect to, click Refresh network list. If you see the network but the signal is weak, move the PC closer to the wireless router.

3. Click the network you want to connect to, and then click Connect.

4. If you're connecting to a secure network, type the security key, and then click OK.

Cant access to a particular website and webmail

Would you advise why I cant access to a particular website and to the webmail of same server? others can access but I cant either from laptop or from my mobile. I am using mobile data and use hotspot to connect my laptop. from both in laptop and mobile,
